REVALUATION NOTICE Town of Dale, Wisconsin Assessment Notice: A revaluation of property assessments in the Town of Dale shall occur for the 2013 assessment year. The approximate dates of the revaluation notices being sent to property owners is expected to be in July and August, 2013. Please also notice that the Assessor has certain statutory authority to enter land as described in Sections 943.13 and 943.15, Wisconsin Statutes. The ability to enter land is subject to several qualifications and limitations, as described within the foregoing statutes. Copies of the applicable statutes can be obtained at public depositories throughout the State of Wisconsin, and from the State of Wisconsin Legislative Reference Bureau website (www.legis.state.wi.us/rsb/stats.html) or a copy may be obtained from the municipal clerk upon payment of applicable copying charges. Park Work Day, Saturday, May 18, 2013 - 8:00am in both Daufen Park in Dale and Armitage Park in Medina. Come help spruce up the parks by cleaning, mulching and planting flowers. Everyone is welcome. Dale Community Fireworks Meeting, THURSDAY, MAY 23, 2013 - 7 pm at the Dale Municipal Building. Anyone interested in volunteering to help with the June 29th celebration as well as representatives from local organizations who will be participating in this year's event should attend. Any questions, call LeRoy at 779-4880. Planning Commission Meeting, Monday, June 3, 2013 - 7pm at the Dale Municipal Building. Town Board Meeting, Monday, June 10, 2013 - 7pm at the Dale Municipal Building. Farm Market - The Dale Farm and Craft Market will begin Friday, May 31. The market will be held every Friday, May 31 - October 25, 2013 from 3:00 - 6:00pm in the Town of Dale Municipal Building parking lot.
