Wisconsin Voter Information Available
Online for Elections
Town of Dale voters can check election and voter registration information on the Internet before the April Spring election using the State’s Voter Public Access website at http://elections.state.wi.us under Voter Information. “It’s easy to check whether or not you are registered to vote, and where your polling place is. You simply type in your name and date of birth, or your complete address. The Voter Public Access site provides three basic types of information:
When entering information, voters may occasionally encounter prompts concerning spelling changes or other information that must be double-checked or re-entered, such as the difference between “7th Avenue” and “Seventh Ave.” There is an instruction page to help navigate the site. Near each election, an electronic sample ballot for the municipality may also be available on the site so the voter can review the offices and officeholders who will appear on the ballot. Voters who find information about officeholders missing in Voter Public Access should contact the clerk’s office, which is responsible for updating that information. Voters with questions about Wisconsin Voter Public Access should contact the Town of Dale Clerk Marcia A. Kelly, or see the State Elections Division website at http://elections.wi.gov. |
